Social inclusion through volunteering

The project fosters solidarity and social inclusion through volunteering, offering young Europeans personal and professional growth within Opera Santa Rita. By engaging in daily activities, volunteers raise awareness of social values, support vulnerable groups, promote active citizenship, and develop key skills, creating a meaningful exchange that benefits both the community and their future.

Tâches du volontaire:

• Support for operators and educators in social, healthcare, and residential assistance activities.
• Assisting administrative staff in managing secretarial tasks, drafting planning reports, and performance monitoring.
• Support for human resources management in organizing services according to the needs of the facilities.
• Collaboration in workshops dedicated to sports, artistic, and recreational activities for the Foundation’s users.
• Promoting cohesion among users by organizing games and shared activities (e.g., snack time, board games).
• Facilitating external engagement, organizing and participating in events such as sports competitions, cinema outings, and birthday celebrations.
• Supporting communication and graphic design for the Foundation.
