Tâches du volontaire :

• Organisation, realisation and communication of events, activites, projects of any kind (artistic, theatre, cultural, editing, volunteer, information, sport, music, etc.)
• Project and realisation of events of great interest for youth;
• Organisation and management of information and informal education meetings and workshops addressed to young people;
• Organisation of promotional campaigns, Social Media Management, taking photos and making video, photo and video editing;
• Archiving, information management, organisation of the acquired materials and research for information, updating the archives;
• Communication inside and outside the teamwork, group work management, problem solving techniques, time and resources management, active listening;
• Organisation and coordination, project and aim work, result reporting, independent work;
• The Italian language, whether spoken or written, can offer advantages, although it is not obligatory; knowledge of local history and culture;
• Mutual understanding, comprehension and cooperation in different cultural context. Activities the volunteers can contribute to Youth information
• Research and organisation of information
• Information desk activities, counselling services for local youth
• Organisation of training activities
• European projects
• Local network development with associations and other organisations
• Management of socialisation events, cultural exchanges and seminars Media and Communication
• Contribution to the editing of the Youth Website( www.portalegiovani.prato.it)
• Event organisation
• Management of relationship with the staff
• New project in cooperation with the other operators working in the communication office.
